Using the library
Your subscription gives you a personal, non transferable licence to search, read and download material from GH Law Database for your own research and practice. You may quote and cite material in documents you prepare, but you may not resell, republish in bulk or systematically copy the library.
Accounts
Keep your login details private. Each seat is for one named person. Chambers and institution administrators are responsible for the users they invite.
Research aids
Headnotes, Judgment Digests and Research Desk answers exist to point you to the law and explain it. They are not legal advice and do not replace reading the full judgment or enactment.
Payment and renewal
Your plan rolls over at the close of each billing cycle until you switch renewal off. Charges for a cycle already under way cannot be returned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
